Verifying your identity helps prevent fraud and ensures that no one, except you, is able to use your payment information to make trades. Also, you will not be able to make a deposit and start trading until you your account is not verified.
On the web:
- Once you create an Exchange account, the system will suggest you to start the verification process right away or you can do it later. If you'd like to do it later, go to Settings in the top right corner of your screen, select Limits & Fees and click Upgrade to Full Access.
- Enter your First and Last name and Date of Birth.
- Enter your address information.
- Fill in the questionnaire.
- You will prompted to proceed with identity verification process powered by Veriff.
- Scan the QR-code or fill in your phone number to receive a secured link to get started with identity verification process on mobile or click "Continue with your current device" to proceed on web browser.
- Follow the instructions displayed during the process to take a picture of your ID document and yourself and finalise the verification flow.
- That's it! If your submission is clear and consistent, the automated verification may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours.
On mobile:

- Enter your First and Last name and Date of Birth.
- Enter your address information.

- Follow the instructions displayed during the process to take a picture of your ID document and yourself and finalise the verification flow.

If there are problems and a manual review is required, it may take approximately 5 business days. This timeline may vary slightly if there are any significant increases in submissions requiring manual reviews. You can view your application status by navigating to the Limits & Fees section on web browser or mobile.
