I don’t have my ID!

A valid up to date government-issued ID is required for us to approve your identity verification request. This security measure is in place to help prevent fraud and keep your personal and payment information safe.

Acceptable forms of government-issued ID include, but are not limited to:

  1. Your driver’s license 
  2. Your passport
  3. National identity card

If you don’t have either, we are unable to accept your verification request. The documents that are acceptable depend on the country that you are in. Here is a list of the documents that are accepted for each country.
