What does “Order failed due to market movements” mean?

Cryptocurrency markets can be volatile which means that there are often big swings - sometimes those swings are up. Sometimes down. When you are placing Swap orders that are very close to the maximum and minimum allowable limits your order will sometimes fail because those larger movements in the market push the value of your order outside of the allowed limits.

In these cases, the best option is to re-submit your order with the desired amount in fiat currency.
