Why has my order expired?

Expiration of orders doesn’t happen often. It’s a rare occasion and it could happen for a variety of reasons. There could be network congestion. Miners sometimes reject transactions. If your order has been expired, you will receive an email notification. In addition, you can see that the order has a status of Expired in your Order History. After an order has expired, if you still want to make an exchange you will need to place a new order.  

When an order expires, no funds should be deducted from your wallet.
