Deposits and withdrawals via third-party payment processors (TPPPs)

We generally do not accept deposits from Third Party Payment Processors (TPPP) to your Wallet.

By definition, Third-Party Payment Processors or TPPPs, are online service companies which allow users to send/receive funds electronically without the need to open a traditional bank account. Some examples include (but are not limited to):

  • PayPal
  • TransferWise (Okay for Deposits)
  • Payoneer
  • Skrill
  • The Currency Cloud
  • Neteller
  • Venmo
  • Paysera
  • Revolut (USD)
  • Western Union

Under our AML (Anti-Money-Laundering) policy, we cannot process deposits from any third party accounts. Therefore, we also do not support withdrawals to any of the above or similar services. Please avoid at all times initiating withdrawals to these accounts.

**Please see these articles to learn about placing an order via our available payment methods: credit or debit cards, bank transfers, USD bank wires/transfers

Bank Account linking:
If you have managed to make a successful deposit from a TPPP account, this could automatically create a link between your Buy/Sell account and your Bank account.

Please avoid withdrawing to TPPP accounts; Let one our support agents know immediately, so we can remove this account from your Buy/Sell account. Withdrawing to TPPP accounts could result in severe delays and in some cases your funds could be lost.

Please note that we will not be able to assist you in locating payments with third parties.
