We generally do not accept deposits from Third Party Payment Processors (TPPP) to your Blockchain.com.
By definition, Third-Party Payment Processors or TPPPs, are online service companies which allow users to send/receive funds electronically without the need to open a traditional bank account. Some examples include (but are not limited to):
- PayPal
- TransferWise
- Payoneer
- Skrill
- The Currency Cloud
- Neteller
- Venmo
- Paysera
- Revolut (USD)
- Western Union
Deposit/Withdrawals:
Under our AML (Anti-Money-Laundering) policy, we cannot process deposits from any TPPP accounts. Therefore, we also do not support withdrawals to any of the above or similar services. Please avoid at all times initiating withdrawals to these accounts.
Bank Account linking:
If you have managed to make a successful deposit from a TPPP account, this could automatically create a link between your Blockchain.com account and your TPPP account. Thus, it is very important to let our support agents know immediately, so we can remove this TPPP account from your Blockchain.com account. Withdrawing to TPPP accounts could result in severe delays or even loss of funds.
Please note that we will not be able to assist you in locating payments with third parties.
