Orders do not expire often.
On the rare occasion a Swap order expires, it could be for several reasons including, but not limited to, network congestion, or your depositing transaction may have been rejected.
What do I do if my order expires?
If your order expires, you will receive an email notification letting you know. In your Order History, the order will have a status of Expired. If an order expires and you still want to make an exchange, you will need to place a new Swap order.
When an order expires, no funds should be deducted from your wallet.
