How to withdraw USD via Wire Transfer?

Withdrawals via wire transfer to non-US bank accounts are currently unavailable. 

On the web

1. Login to your Exchange account via desktop web browser. 
2. Click Withdraw in the top right corner, select Cash and choose US Dollar.
3. Select the linked bank account you would like to withdraw to. If you have not linked a bank account previously, you will need to make a small deposit from the bank you wish to withdraw to. 
4. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and your 2FA code from your Google Authenticator app and click Withdraw.
5. That's it, you should receive the funds to your bank account within 5 business days. 

On iOS/Android

1. Login to your Exchange account via mobile app. 
2. Go to Portfolio in the bottom navigation bar and click Withdraw button in the top right corner
3. Select Cash and click on US Dollar.
4. Select the linked bank account you would like to withdraw to. If you have not linked a bank account previously, you will need to make a small deposit from the bank you wish to withdraw to. 
5. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and your 2FA code from your Google Authenticator app and click Withdraw.
6. That's it, you should receive the funds to your bank account within 5 business days.

Important notes:

• For wire transfers to US banks, a $10 fee will be applied.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for wire transfer is $2500. 
• You will need to have your 2FA security settings enabled in order to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary but you should receive your funds within 5-10 business days.
