Bank Account linking:
If you have managed to make a successful deposit from a TPPP account, this could automatically create a link between your Exchange account and your Bank account.
Please avoid withdrawing to TPPP accounts; Let one of our support agents know immediately, so we can remove this account from your Exchange account. Withdrawing to TPPP accounts could result in severe delays and in some cases your funds could be lost.
Please note that we will not be able to assist you in locating payments with third parties.
