I agree that Blockchain.com will retain 10% of any recovered funds to cover the costs of providing the recovery service to me. All residual recovered funds will be returned to the original depositors address.

I understand that any funds recovered will be returned to the original senders address and that if the deposit originated from another platform I will need to contact that platform for further assistance.

I understand that if the memo or tag I entered (where applicable) belongs to another user that there is a risk the funds may be deposited into that users wallet and these funds will be permanently lost.
