The "Transfer funds" banner is a feature of the Trading Account (on either the web or mobile app). If you only have an Exchange account, the migration tool will not be accessible.
In order to withdraw your funds, or continue trading with Blockchain.com follow these steps:
- Sign up to a new Account
- Fill in your email address and choose your password. Follow the instructions to complete your sign up.
- Wait for the automated verification of your new Trading Account (it may take up to 2 hours).
- Once the verification is completed, you will be ready to send your assets from your Exchange Account and deposit those funds into your new Trading Account.
If you however choose to keep your funds on the Exchange, rest assured they are secure and always accessible.
