These Promotion Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Blockchain.com Ghana TRX Cashback promotion (the "Promotion") organized by BC Access (Ghana) Limited ("Blockchain.com" or the "Sponsor") and made available to eligible Blockchain.com users in Ghana.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE BLOCKCHAIN.COM USER AGREEMENT, AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OF GHANA.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who:
- Are residents of Ghana;
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Have successfully completed all required identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks; and
- Hold a verified Blockchain.com account.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers of Blockchain.com and their immediate household family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion begins on 22 July 2026 at 10:00 GMT and ends on 22 September 2026 at 11:59 PM GMT, or once all available rewards have been distributed, whichever occurs first.
Only qualifying transactions completed during the Promotion period are eligible.
Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while promotional funds remain available.
3. Qualifying transaction
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible participants must complete a GHS to cryptocurrency purchase of at least GHS 230 using their Blockchain.com Trading Account during the Promotion period.
Only one qualifying reward may be earned per verified user.
4. Reward
Eligible participants will receive 16.5 TRX.
The reward will be credited to the participant's Blockchain.com Trading Account within 7 days of successfully meeting all eligibility, verification and compliance requirements.
Rewards are limited to one reward per verified user and are available while promotional funds last.
5. Fraud and abuse
Blockchain.com reserves the right to investigate any participant or transaction where fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is suspected.
The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts;
- Accounts linked by device, IP address, browser fingerprint or similar identifiers;
- Wash trading or artificially generating trading volume;
- Fake social media accounts or manipulated campaign submissions;
- Self-referrals or referral abuse;
- Submission of false or fraudulent identity documentation;
- Use of VPNs, proxies or other methods intended to bypass eligibility requirements.
Any participant found to be in breach of these Terms may have their reward withheld, cancelled or revoked.
6. Sponsor's rights
Blockchain.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Blockchain.com also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, the Blockchain.com User Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
7. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or other liabilities arising from participation in this Promotion.
8. General
Participation in this Promotion is subject to these Terms and the Blockchain.com User Agreement.
In the event of any conflict, Blockchain.com's decision regarding eligibility, qualification and reward distribution shall be final, subject to applicable law.
