The DeFi Wallet is non-custodial, meaning you alone control your funds—Blockchain.com does not have access to them.

✔ Full ownership – You hold your private keys and 12-word Recovery Phrase.
✔ Increased privacy – Your wallet is not linked to an identity profile.
✔ Supports multiple blockchains – Currently compatible with the Polygon network for lower fees and faster transactions, with more networks coming soon.
✔ Integrated with Blockchain.com DEX – Swap thousands of tokens on the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains directly from your DeFi Wallet—without ever giving up control of your crypto.
✔ Crypto-only storage – The DeFi Wallet does not support fiat transactions (no bank deposits, card purchases, or withdrawals).
🚨 Important Notes:
- We cannot access, reset, or recover your DeFi Wallet. If you lose your password and 12-word Recovery Phrase, your funds cannot be recovered.
- Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed. Always double-check your transfers before sending crypto.

The Blockchain.com Account is a custodial wallet, meaning Blockchain.com secures and manages your funds for you.
