On the web
- Login to your Exchange account via desktop web browser.
- Click Withdraw in the top right corner, select Crypto and choose the asset you'd like to withdraw.
- Next, type or paste the address to which you'd like to send funds to or select your Blockchain.com Wallet Account if you want to withdraw crypto there.
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw, a memo (if applicable), your 6-digit 2FA code from your Authenticator app and click Withdraw.
- That's it, you should receive the funds to the destination address once the transaction is confirmed on the network!
You also have the option to enable whitelisting as shown in the screenshot above, this security feature is recommended to limit withdrawals only to addresses you have whitelisted or to your Blockchain Wallet address. Click on Enable Whitelisting and you can save the addresses you want to use in future here.
On iOS/Android
- Login to your Exchange account via mobile app.
- Go to Portfolio in the bottom navigation bar and click Withdraw button in the top right corner
- Select Crypto and choose the asset which you want to withdraw from the list.
- Next, paste the destination address or scan the respective QR code, enter the amount you would like to withdraw, a memo (if applicable) and click Preview Withdrawal.
- Double check the transaction details, enter the 6-digit 2FA code from your Authenticator app and click Confirm to finalize the withdrawal.
- That's it, you should receive the funds to the destination address once the transaction is confirmed on the network!
Important notes

Cryptocurrency transactions can take up to an hour on average to confirm on the network but this may take even longer depending on the transaction size and congestion on the cryptocurrency network.

For every cryptocurrency withdrawal from the Blockchain Exchange, you will incur a fee which will be presented to you at the confirmation page.

For STX and XLM withdrawals you may need to include a memo or your funds will be lost. Please contact your third-party wallet or exchange to check if this is needed.
