When you sell your crypto to fiat, it will be stored in your custodial Trading Account balance.
Withdrawing crypto is easy when you follow the right steps. You can send crypto to an external wallet or move it between your linked Blockchain.com products, including Perps, Predictions, and your Trading Account.
How to withdraw from your Trading Account on web
On the Web, in your Trading Account click Withdraw at the top of your Wallet dashboard.
Select to withdraw Crypto Option:
- Click on the dropdown menu and choose the currency you would like to send.
Now, enter the receipient address, or select your internal Blockchain.com balance, for example:
- Perps,
- Wallet,
- Lending,
- Reward,
or Prediction acccounts.
Don't forget to add a memo if you're sending TON, XRP, STX, or XLM, especially when sending to an external wallet.
Also, make sure that the receiving platform supports the network you're using. Otherwise, your transaction may be lost.
- Type the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Check the transaction details and click Preview Send.
Since you're withdrawing from your Trading Account, this transaction is subject to the Travel Rule.
Select Blockchain.com if you're sending funds to another Blockchain.com account. Choose Myself if you're sending funds to a wallet you own, or Someone else/A company if the recipient address belongs to a third party.
Select Other Destination from the dropdown if you're sending funds to an external wallet.

- Confirm your transaction details, and Send.
Why am I required to create a Wallet Backup?
If you haven’t made a wallet Recovery Phrase yet, you will be prompted to do so during your first Trading Account withdrawal.
Your Recovery Phrase will allow you to recover your funds if you ever lose access to your wallet. Never share it with the third parties as it may lead to a loss of funds.
