How do I verify my account?

On the web

1. Log into your wallet via web browser 
2. Select Verify your Identity and click Get Started.
3. Type your Name and Date of Birth and click Next.
4. Type in your address or click Add My Address to manually fill address information and click Confirm.
5. Complete the Use of Account Information form and click Continue.
6. Scan the QR code with your mobile device to continue verification on the mobile device or click on Continue with your current device in the bottom to continue on your desktop device.
7. Follow the instructions displayed during the process to take a picture of your ID document and yourself and finalise the verification flow. 

On mobile

1. Log into your wallet via iOs/Android app.
2. Select Verify your Identity and click Get Started.
3. Type your Name and Date of Birth and click Next
4. Type in your address or click Add My Address to manually fill address information and click Confirm.
5. Complete the Use of Account Information form and click Continue.
6. Follow the instructions displayed during the process to take a picture of your ID document and yourself and finalise the verification flow. 

What happens next?

If your submission is clear and consistent, the automated verification may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours. 

If there are problems and a manual review is required, it may take approximately 5 business days. This timeline may vary slightly if there are any significant increases in submissions requiring manual reviews.
