We’re enhancing our card processing system to improve efficiency and reliability in processing your card payments.

How does this affect you?

You’ll need to relink your saved cards within your Blockchain.com Account

To continue seamless card payments, you’ll need to re-link your cards within your Account. If you try to complete a payment without relinking your cards, it will fail.

What do you need to do?

Re-link your cards

We know having your card linked makes your purchases easier, especially when the market is moving. That’s why we’re letting you know now; take two minutes to re-link your cards. To avoid any inconveniences; open your Blockchain.com App and relink your cards following the instructions below.

How to re-link your cards:

1. 1. Open your app, and click on the person icon in the top left.
   2. Scroll down until you see Linked Cards.
   3. Click Add a card, and enter your card details.
