Withdrawals in GHS are now available to Ghanaian users with a valid Mobile Money number.
- A valid Mobile Money number must start with country code +233.
- The Mobile Money number saved for deposits/withdrawals can be different from the phone number you use for 2FA in Settings.

To link a phone number for withdrawals, a successful previous deposit is required.
If you have changed your mobile provider or phone number, please re-verify your account by making a small deposit. This balance will be available for withdrawal immediately afterward.
- Your Blockchain.com account can have only one Mobile Money phone number on file at a time. How to change your linked Mobile Money number?
- Once you add and verify a Mobile Money number, it will be saved and automatically pre‑filled the next time you deposit or withdraw GHS.
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: approximately 1.08 GHS
- Maximum Withdrawal Amount per Transaction - 20,000 GHS

Fee: 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at 15 GHS
How to withdraw GHS via MoMo
- Toggle from Wallet to Trading at the top if needed.
- Request withdrawal:
- In the App: Go to the Cash & Stablecoins section and select your Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) balance. Tap Cash out, then choose Mobile Money as the withdrawal method.
- On the Web: Click Cash out button and choose Mobile Money as the destination:
Note: If you see a note that you must make a deposit before withdrawing from Mobile Money, complete at least one successful GHS deposit first, then return to this flow.
- On the Cash out screen, enter the amount of GHS you want to withdraw.
- Review the details of your withdrawal, including any withdrawal fees, the total debited from your account, and the estimated processing time on the confirmation screen, then tap Cash out GHS to continue.

When the withdrawal is confirmed, you will see a success message and your Mobile Money wallet should reflect the funds shortly afterward.
Check "Activity" to view your transaction history
- Every GHS deposit or withdrawal appears in your Activity section, with status (Pending, Completed, or Failed), time, amount, and the Mobile Money number used.
- You can open any deposit entry to see full transaction details, including fees and processing notes, which makes it easy to confirm a successful deposit or troubleshoot a failed one.
How to change your linked Mobile Money number?
To remove / change your Mobile Money number:
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Scroll down to "Linked payment methods".
- Choose the linked number and click "Remove Account".
Now you can add a new phone number.
