With multichain withdrawals now live, you can send supported tokens like ETH, USDC, and USDT across multiple networks—giving you more flexibility, lower fees, and better compatibility with DeFi, exchanges, and wallets.
No wrapping. No bridges. Just fast, native withdrawals to the chain of your choice.
What is a Multichain Withdrawal?
A multichain withdrawal lets you choose the network (blockchain) you want to send your token through. For example, instead of sending USDC only via Ethereum Mainnet, you can now choose Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, or Solana—depending on what’s supported for that token.
This feature is available on Blockchain.com Account, and helps reduce fees, improve speed, and simplify fund movement across blockchains.
What Token + Chain Combinations Are Available?
Here’s a list of currently supported combinations:
USDC is available on:
- Ethereum Mainnet
- Base
- Arbitrum
- Optimism
- Solana
USDT is available on:
- Ethereum Mainnet
- Tron
- Solana
ETH is available on:
- Ethereum Mainnet
- Base
- Arbitrum
- Optimism
How Do I Make a Multichain Withdrawal?
To withdraw tokens using a different network, just follow these steps:
-
Hold a supported token
- Make sure you have ETH, USDC, or USDT in your custodial wallet.
-
Go to the Send Flow
-
Open the Blockchain.com app or website
-
Tap Send from your Wallet dashboard
-
-
Select your token and destination chain
- Choose a supported token (e.g., USDC)
- Enter the recipient address
- You’ll see a list of available chains for that token
- Select the desired network (e.g., Optimism, Solana, etc.)
- Make sure the destination address is compatible with the selected network. For example, don’t send USDT on Solana to an Ethereum-only address.
-
Enter the amount
- Type in how much you want to send.
-
Review & confirm
-
Double-check the:
-
Token
-
Network
-
Destination address
-
Amount
-
- Then hit Confirm to complete your withdrawal.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the chain I want: That network may not be supported for the selected token yet.
Address error: Ensure you’re entering a wallet address that supports the selected chain/token.
Delay in showing the chain option: After new chains go live, there may be a brief delay (~1 day) due to caching.
Final tips
Always verify the network supported by your destination wallet or exchange before sending.
Sending tokens to an incompatible network may result in permanent loss of funds.
