Troubleshooting Steps
Mobile Wallet Blockchain.com App:
Open your device’s app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
If an update is available, tap Update to install the latest version.
Restart the app and log in to your account.
Tip: If the mobile app persists in failing, we recommend attempting to log in via a web browser on a laptop or PC. This helps determine if the issue is specific to your mobile device. The engineers will require this information while troubleshooting any error.
How to Report a Persistent Error
