Blockchain provides the interface only and does not operate Polymarket, create markets, determine outcomes, execute transactions, or act as a counterparty.
Does Blockchain create the markets?
No.
Markets are created and operated by the third-party provider.
Blockchain provides the interface that allows eligible users to access the third-party service.
Does Blockchain decide market outcomes?
No.
Market outcomes are determined by the third-party provider’s resolution process and market rules.
Blockchain does not control or decide market resolutions.
Can I lose money trading Prediction Markets?
Yes.
Prediction Markets involve risk. You may lose some or all of the funds used to buy outcome shares.
Market prices can move quickly, liquidity may vary, and outcomes may not resolve as expected.
Why can’t I access Prediction Markets?
Prediction Markets may not be available in your region or for your account.
Access may be restricted due to local regulations, provider requirements, or product availability.
What deposit methods are supported?
At launch, only DeFi Wallet deposits are supported.
Trading Account, BCPay, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct funding methods are coming soon.
What withdrawal methods are supported?
At launch, withdrawals are only supported to your DeFi Wallet.
Additional withdrawal methods may be added later.
Can I use Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay?
Not yet.

Why do I need my DeFi Wallet?
For now DeFi Wallet is the only available method to deposit and withdraw funds.
Are network fees required?
Network fees may apply when moving funds from your DeFi Wallet.
Network fees are paid to the blockchain network and can vary depending on network conditions.
Why did my trade fail?
A trade may fail because of:
- Insufficient funds
- Insufficient network fees
- Market liquidity changes
- Price movement
- Market restrictions
- Provider or network errors
- The market becoming paused, closed, or unavailable
You can review the transaction details in your activity history.
Why can’t I sell my position?
You may not be able to sell a position if:
- The market is closed
- The market has already resolved
- There is insufficient liquidity
- The position is locked or pending settlement
- The third-party provider is unable to process the trade
What happens after a market resolves?
After a market resolves, winning outcomes will redeem automatically to your available balance according to the market rules.
Losing outcome shares may lose value.
Resolution timing and redemption availability depend on the third-party provider.
