The time it takes or an order to complete will differ depending on whether you are Swapping to and from your Wallet or Trading Account.
Swaps within your Trading Account are always quick while swapping to/from your Wallet will take some time as the transaction must be confirmed on the network. When using your Wallet, Swap uses priority fees to help ensure the network confirms your order as soon as possible, but network congestion may extend your order completion time. When using your Trading Account only, network fees and network congestion do not apply, hence its the cheapest and fastest way to trade.
Keep in mind, that Blockchain.com has no control over on-chain transaction times or confirmations. It all depends on how busy the crypto market is during the moment of swap execution.
