When you are verified to Full Access level, you can place swap orders using both the Wallet and your Trading Account.
For example, assuming you had BTC in your Wallet and Trading Account, the following options would be available for a BTC-ETH Swap:
|
BTC Wallet -> ETH Wallet |
|
BTC Wallet -> ETH Trading Account |
|
BTC Trading Account -> ETH Trading Account |
Swapping within the Trading provides users with a variety of advantages including:
- No network fees, making swaps within the Account completely free of additional charges.
- Faster swaps, as transactions are settled custodially within the secure environment of the Trading Account.
- Improved reliability, ensuring a seamless trading experience.
Swaps within Wallets provide non-custodial, on-chain trade settlement. This means that the user has full control over their assets and the Swap transaction is executed directly on the blockchain. However, it's important to note that on-chain transactions can sometimes be slower and more expensive due to network congestion and fees.
Choose the method that best suits your trading needs and preferences whether it be the custodial convenience of the Trading Account or the non-custodial, on-chain swapping through your Wallet.
