On July 1, 2026, eligible Blockchain.com customer accounts migrated to BC Operations Limited, our UK-based entity. This migration supports our continued efforts to strengthen our regulatory framework. BC Operations Limited is registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a cryptoasset business under Firm Reference Number 1036678.
For most customers, no further action is required. However, customers should review the information below and take any necessary actions where applicable.
What happened to my account?
Your Blockchain.com account has now been migrated to BC Operations Limited, our UK-based entity registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a cryptoasset business.
What changed with fiat deposits?
Your fiat deposit details have moved from LHV to our new provider, Banking Circle.
If you have not already done so, please update any saved banking information and use your new Banking Circle deposit details for all future deposits.
Your previous LHV deposit details no longer accept transfers.
All existing recurring card purchases were canceled as part of the migration.
What happened if I held STRK or CELO?
Any remaining STRK or CELO balances after July 1, 2026, were automatically converted to USDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of migration.
Customers should consider any potential tax implications of this conversion.

Will my login details change?

Will my balances or transaction history change?
Your account balances and transaction history remain available, except for STRK and CELO, which are no longer supported following the migration.
Any remaining STRK or CELO balances were automatically converted to USDT on July 1, 2026.
What happens if I send funds to my old LHV details after July 1, 2026?
Transfers sent to old LHV deposit details may not be accepted. If you have sent funds to your old details after July 1, 2026, please contact our Support team for further review.
Why are STRK and CELO no longer supported?
Starknet (STRK) and Celo (CELO) are not supported by BC Operations Limited following the migration.
Any remaining balances in these assets were automatically converted to USDT on July 1, 2026.
Will my recurring buys continue after the migration?
No. All existing recurring card purchases were canceled as part of the migration.
Customers who wish to continue using recurring buys will need to set them up again.
Why am I being asked to update my account information?
Some customers may still be required to confirm or update account information, such as proof of address, to meet regulatory requirements.
If action is required, you will be notified by email or in-app.
Will I still have access to Blockchain.com products and services?
Yes. Customers continue to have access to core Blockchain.com products and services, subject to regional availability and applicable product requirements.
