SoFi members migrating to Blockchain.com who have not had a Blockchain.com Account before (via mobile app).
If this is your first time with a Blockchain.com Account, this is what your migration will look like:
1. Make sure you've got the latest version of the SoFi app installed.
2. Click this link https://sofi.app.link/crypto-update to log in to your SoFi account, you'll be prompted to complete your migration and redirected to Blockchain.com.
3. From there, tap Sign Up, and enter your email address and create a password.
4. You’ll be prompted to verify your email address through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, open it and tap Yes, I confirm this is my email address button.
5. After confirming your email, you may be asked the last 4 digits of your SSN. Enter this, and click Continue.
6. After that, you’ll be prompted to continue to the Blockchain.com mobile app. If you don’t already have the mobile app, you’ll need to download it.
7. Open the Blockchain.com app and tap I already have an account to Log in →.
8. Enter the email address that you entered in Step 3.
9. You’ll be prompted to verify your device through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, tap Confirm device.
10. On the following screen, reenter the same email address and tap Continue.
*Please note: If you live in HI, LA, NJ, NV, TN, TX, or VA, you will need to complete a short questionnaire to verify your account.
11. Your migration is complete, and you can review the assets that were migrated. Welcome! 🎉
SoFi members migrating to Blockchain.com who have not had a Blockchain.com Account before (via Web wallet).
1. Click this link https://sofi.app.link/crypto-update to log in to your SoFi account, you'll be prompted to complete your migration and redirected to Blockchain.com.
2. From there, tap Sign Up, enter your email address and create a password.
3. You’ll be prompted to verify your email address through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, open it and tap Yes, I confirm this is my email address button.
4. After confirming your email, you may be asked the last 4 digits of your SSN. Enter this, and click Continue. That's it, your account is set and you can click View my account to go to your wallet.
5. From there you'll see the Welcome screen and the assets which have been transferred from your SoFi account.
6. Your migration is complete, and you can review the assets that were migrated. Welcome! 🎉
*Please note: If you live in HI, LA, NJ, NV, TN, TX, or VA, you will need to download Blockchain Wallet mobile app after step 4, log into your account via mobile app and complete a short questionnaire to verify your account.
SoFi members migrating to Blockchain.com who already have a Blockchain.com Account (via mobile app).
If you already had a Blockchain.com Account, this is what your migration will look like:
1. Make sure you've got the latest version of the SoFi and Blockchain.com apps installed.
2. Click this link https://sofi.app.link/crypto-update to log in to your SoFi account, you'll be prompted to complete your migration and redirected to Blockchain.com.
3. From there, tap Log In, and enter your email address or Wallet ID.
4. You’ll be prompted to verify your device through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, tap Confirm device.
5. After verifying your device, you may be asked the last 4 digits of your SSN. Enter this, and click Continue.
6. After that, you’ll be prompted to continue to the Blockchain.com mobile app. If you don’t already have the mobile app, you’ll need to download it.
7. Open the Blockchain.com app and tap I already have an account to Log in →.
8. Enter the email address that you entered in Step 3.
9. You may be prompted to verify your device again through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, tap Confirm device.
10. On the following screen, reenter the same email address and tap Continue.

11. Your migration is complete, and you can review the assets that were migrated. You're all set! 🎉
SoFi members migrating to Blockchain.com who already have a Blockchain.com Account (via Web wallet).
1. Click this link https://sofi.app.link/crypto-update to log in to your SoFi account, you'll be prompted to complete your migration and redirected to Blockchain.com.
2. From there, tap Log In, enter your email address and create a password.
3. You’ll be prompted to verify your device through an email confirmation. When you receive the email, open it and tap Confirm device.
4. After confirming your device, you will be asked to enter your password and then the last 4 digits of your SSN. Enter this, and click Continue. That's it, your account is set and you can click View my account to go to your wallet.
5. From there you'll see the Welcome screen and the assets which have been transferred from your SoFi account.
6. Your migration is complete, and you can review the assets that were migrated. Welcome! 🎉
