These Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “Welcome Reward” quest campaign (the “Promotion”) sponsored and administered by Blockchain.com, Inc. (“Blockchain.com” or “Sponsor”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and the Blockchain.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS MUST BE VERIFIED BLOCKCHAIN.COM USERS REGISTERED ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility. This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located in the United States (excluding HI, LA, NJ, NY, NV, TN, TX, and VA states), who are 18 years of age or older, and who:
Have signed up for a Blockchain.com Wallet account within 10 days of the start of the Promotion;
Are verified users (i.e., completed KYC identity verification);
Have not yet completed their first brokerage trade at the time of enrollment in the Promotion.
Employees, officers and representatives and the immediate family members of the foregoing individuals of Blockchain.com or its affiliated and related companies, participating promotional partners, promotional and advertising agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production or fulfilment of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotional Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on July 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 25, 2025, or until the monthly budget of $5,000 in rewards has been fully distributed, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).
Blockchain.com’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entry in the Promotion. Normal time rates, if any, charged by your Internet service or mobile provider will apply.
3. How To Participate. Eligible users must:
1. Access the “Quest” via the Blockchain.com app (Only available on iOS devices);
2. Complete all four (4) tasks listed below:
o Complete ID verification (KYC);
o Buy any amount of crypto through brokerage;
o Complete at least one (1) crypto swap;
o Hold two (2) or more different crypto assets in their Blockchain.com Wallet.
All actions must be completed using the Blockchain.com mobile application. Users who complete all required tasks may claim their reward via an in-app “Claim” button.
Blockchain.com reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove any part of the conditions of participation and rewards outlined in sections 2, 3 and 4 of these Terms. Any such updates will be published at https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/21179975612060-Blockchain-com-Quest-Campaign and will be effective upon posting.
When entering, you are required to provide complete and truthful information. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified from the Promotion at Blockchain.com’s sole discretion. Entries submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. You are not permitted to use any scripts, computer programs, robotic repetitive, macro, automatic, programmed or similar automated entry methods or agents to submit entries. To participate in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Receiving the reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Terms. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.
4. Reward Details. Eligible users who complete all required tasks and claim their reward through the app will receive a one-time incentive. The following conditions apply:
Upon successful completion of all tasks and claiming via the app, eligible users will receive $20 in ZETA tokens (the “Reward”).
Rewards are limited to one per user.
Total monthly budget for rewards is capped at $5,000; once exhausted, no additional rewards will be distributed.
Reward allocation is prioritized based on the time of task completion and claim submission.
5. Verification, Eligibility & Reward Conditions. To ensure fairness and compliance, participation in the Promotion is subject to the following conditions:
All participants must comply with the Blockchain.com User Agreement and may be subject to verification.
Blockchain.com reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including but not limited to age, residency, and identity (e.g., government-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport). Eligibility is not official until all required documentation has been reviewed and confirmed by Blockchain.com. Failure to provide required documentation within the time specified may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Reward.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Blockchain.com may withhold, cancel, or reclaim rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
This Promotion is not a sweepstakes or lottery and contains no element of chance. Completion of all required tasks guarantees the Reward (subject to eligibility criteria and available budget).
All tax obligations related to the receipt of the Reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6. Liability Release and Indemnity. THE REWARD IS OFFERED AND PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE BY BLOCKCHAIN.COM, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL BLOCKCHAIN.COM NOR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OF THE PROMOTION FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT BLOCKCHAIN.COM AND/OR OTHER RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blockchain.com and each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent and affiliate companies, vendors, suppliers, agencies, consultants, subcontractors and legal counsel and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such individual (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding arising out of, in connection with or relating to, (i) participation in Promotions, (ii) personal injury or property damage arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Reward, (iii) defamation or portrayal in a false light (intentional and unintentional), violation of publicity rights or invasion of privacy in connection with the Promotion or acceptance and use of the Reward, and (iv) any violation of third party intellectual property or other proprietary rights arising from or related to the Promotion or Blockchain.com’s advertising and marketing related to the Promotion, any entrants, in all cases. You assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by your participation in the Promotion, or the use of the Reward. You further agree that in any cause of action, Blockchain.com’s and/or the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the value of the Reward, and in no event shall Blockchain.com be liable for attorney’s fees. The foregoing is only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. General Terms. Blockchain.com is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place, or if the Reward cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government or other events outside of the reasonable control of Blockchain.com. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Blockchain.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. If the Promotion in whole or in part is terminated or modified prior to the closing of the Promotional Period, notice will be communicated by Blockchain.com. Blockchain.com reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms from time to time during the Promotional Period for clarification purposes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Blockchain.com’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Terms or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials, Blockchain.com’s User Agreement or Privacy Notice and/or these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Terms and the Promotion in general shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Florida law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.
8. Privacy. All information submitted by you that is collected by Blockchain.com in connection with your participation in the Promotion will be subject to Blockchain.com’s User Agreement and its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree that Blockchain.com may collect and use your personal information submitted in connection therewith, and you acknowledge that you have read Blockchain.com’s Privacy Policy.
9. Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that (1) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, (2) any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, (3) any arbitration shall be heard by one (1) arbitrator to be selected in accordance with the AAA Rules, in Miami, Florida, (4) unless both you and Blockchain.com agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, (5) judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and (6) any award or judgment shall be subject to all limitations and releases set forth in these Terms and be limited to actual out of pocket damages, and shall not, in any event, include any punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, attorney’s fees or costs of bringing a claim, or any injunctive or other equitable relief. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
