Kindly note, that email logins are case sensitive. As an example, you may be logging in with the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, while your registered email may be Abc@domain.com. Therefore, please ensure that you are using the same capitalization as your registered email.
Also, occasionally your email provider might put some of our emails in spam or even block them completely. Here is a short list of things you can try:
- Double check your spam folder.
- Try using Google Chrome browser.
- Whitelist our addresses to tell your provider you want to receive our emails. Here’s a guide on how to do this for several popular email providers:
We recommend that you add us to your contact book and set up a filter for directing our emails to your inbox.
To add us as a gmail contact go to contacts.google.com and selecting “Create Contact” on the top left corner. You’ll need to add both of our email addresses:
And then click save.
To create a filter rule, open the gmail website, in the search box you’ll see a down arrow for “search options”. In the from field enter our email address, and then click “create filter” and select “never send it to spam”, and then click “create filter” again to save. You’ll need to create a filter for both our addresses:
Select the settings icon (the gear icon), and then view all Outlook settings. Next click Mail and then Junk email, and enter our email addresses:
And then click add and then save.
You should also check your blocked senders and safe senders list by going to settings and then view all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email. If you see our addresses listed under “Blocked senders and domains”, select the address and then select Remove and save.
In contacts on iCloud.com, select the Add (+) button in the sidebar and then choose New Contact.
Add our email addresses:
And then select done.
In Yahoo Mail, select the contacts icon and then add a new contact. Enter our email addresses:
And then select save.
Select contacts, and then the new contact icon, then enter our emails in the Email I field:
Select Add contact.
